Payroll giving is a simple, convenient way to help the causes that matter most to you. It’s also one of the most tax-efficient ways to give.

You can choose to make a regular contribution to any eligible Australian charity and it will be deducted directly from your pay. This means that you receive the benefits of tax deductibility immediately.

You can donate to charities that match your personal priorities and you can access the online system from home or work.

To register for Payroll Giving

  1. Go to
  2. Create and confirm your email address, password and state that you work in and click ‘start giving now’ to receive a password activation link to your email address
  3. Click on the activation link in the email
    Step 1 - Choose a charity
    Step 2 – Set donations
    Step 3 – Confirm your donations
  4. Your details will be submitted to the payroll department, once payroll confirms your registration you will receive an email from Good2Give.

In future, you will be able to sign in to the Employee Giving Centre via using your email address and password. You can add, change or cancel your contributions at any time and view your history at a glance.

Regular donations are vital to charities to help them build their long term sustainability, so you can feel good knowing that even the smallest of fortnightly donations makes a difference. Don’t underestimate the impact that your regular donation can make.
